If you are interested in learning more then please join us on zoom for an eight week online meditation course held every Wednesday evening at 6pm and every Friday morning at 6am for one hour WST.
Beginners welcome. $20 per week for both sessions, pay for 4 weeks and receive 3 weeks FREE
